Each turn reveals fascinating new creatures , as players work to gather pairs of animals from the same kind to score points, but hurry because only one pair from each kind can be onboard! Designed for families and friends, this game explores the beauty and diversity of the animal kingdom. Get ready to embark on an exciting voyage filled with fun, and learning!
Game play
- Use your turns to gather supplies and matching animal cards.
- Simple but unique supply token economy for acquiring cards. The more turns an animal card is available to buy, the cheaper it gets, but don’t wait too long and let someone else buy the card you need.
Unique twist
- Learn about the animal kingdom of God’s creation by matching animals from the same kind. An animal kind is a group of animal species that share a common ancestor. For example, you can match the wolf with another wolf, or you can match it with the fox, or painted dog, which are all animal species from the dog kind.
Three ways to score
- Get an animal kind match and place it in an open space on the Ark board. Use two different animals from the same kind for some quick points, or wait for two of the exact same animal for double the points, but watch out only one pair from each animal kind can be on the Ark! If you wait too long, someone else might beat you to the spot.
- Save certain animals kinds to the end of the game to score a surprise win. There are seven animals from each of these kinds, the more animals you get from the same kind, the more points! So try to get as many as you can.
- Have extra supply tokens? Use your turn to load them on the Ark for some points, a few extra points could be the difference between winning and losing.
